Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge closed due to a jumper

All Brooklyn-bound lanes on the upper level of the Verrazzano Bridge are closed due to a jumper up. Police are working to remove the jumper into custody. Traffic is rerouted to the lower level. Ongoing investigation.
