All lanes closed on the BP eastbound

Belt Parkway eastbound at Cross Bay Blvd, all lanes closed due to multiple vehicle accident. Two people were trapped inside the vehicle. It happened around 9:30am. One driver took off on foot. Shortly, police arrested the driver. Ongoing investigation.
